One of the most flavorful steaks available, the charring of the bone, combined with the deep marbling of this cut gives this steak a robust, natural butter flavor that is hard to match.

Served on selected days and based on availability.

A combination of angus choice tenderloin filet and broiled cold water lobster tail.
